workin hard for the money

I do have ONE new addition to my desk ::

It makes me slightly happy and slightly sad at the same time. I don't want my name on a desk in a cubicle forever, I'll just say that. For now, I am very grateful for the job and the nice bosses that I work for.

You may also note my attire is casual for work. That is because it is CASUAL FRIDAY. After watching The Office last night, this made me laugh..and in fact there is a lady here who I just saw in the hall who is pushing the limits on the term "casual"

Today we also had a company barbeque in the parking lot. I awkwardly walked around to see if I knew anyone..I don't..then as I was getting food a lady told me I was too skinny and I needed to put more on my plate...thanks.

Then I ate by myself in a blue lawn chair. WOO!

Here are some things I do at work to pass the time::

Clearly, I write a few blogs

I annoy my family members by calling them

I draw or read

I walk around the hallways with papers in my hand to look cool

I google on my phone

I promise I'm not lazy, I just have nothing to work on at the moment. And my boss knows this so I am just here to help if needed. But am I still getting paid? yep.

This week I barely slept or ate because of work, and unfortunately next week is the same.

Mon-Thurs I work here from 730am-430pm and Sbux 530-1130pm

Hopefully, after that my manager will stop this nonsense.

I am helping with another movie next weekend so I can just look forward to that!

Also, I have yet to feel an earthquake..I'm still waiting for that. Just a little one though.
